Meaningful change can begin with small actions
that fit the realities of everyday life.
CASE STUDY 01
−17 kg
After struggling with obesity for years, this client gradually changed their approach to eating, physical activity and everyday habits, focusing on actions they could realistically maintain.
Rather than following another temporary diet, this client developed healthier habits that could be sustained as part of everyday life.
CASE STUDY 02
−10 kg
This client gradually developed healthier approaches to eating and physical activity, supported by regular reflection and adjustments that made the changes easier to maintain.
The changes extended beyond weight, with significant improvements also recorded in HbA1c and liver health.
Health Coaching is not about simply telling someone what to do. It is a collaborative process that helps each client identify actions that fit their goals, lifestyle and priorities.
Regular reflection, practical planning and adjustments through setbacks helped these clients build changes they could maintain over time.
The figures and health outcomes shown are based on information provided by the clients. Individual circumstances, progress and outcomes vary, and these case studies do not guarantee the same results for everyone. Health Coaching does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
MEET SHOE-G
I'm Shoe-g Ueyama, founder of Invincible Health, a Health Coach and Lifestyle Medicine student based in Sydney.
In my career, I worked in growth and marketing at global companies including Canva and Dropbox. I learned the importance of creating a clear strategy, executing it consistently, and adapting along the way.
Before climbing became a major part of my life, I spent 20 years riding BMX and won 45 competitions in 12 years. That experience taught me the value of having a vision, continually improving, and turning ambitious goals into reality.
Today, I study Lifestyle Medicine at James Cook University. I've also learned and practised in health coaching and behaviour change.
At 54, I still use myself as an ongoing experiment. Through climbing, running, cycling, handstands, and strength training, I continue exploring what healthy ageing can look like in practice.
Not to look younger.
To stay strong, capable and fully engaged in life.
My journey from personal transformation to helping others transform theirs.
2018
I set myself a challenge: "Become an Unreal Middle-Aged Man."
I wanted to keep learning, growing and challenging myself, regardless of age.
2020~
I became fascinated by nutrition, exercise, sleep, behavior change and human biology.
The more I learned, the more I realized how powerfully lifestyle influences health.
2020-
I applied what I learned to my own life and tracked my health, fitness and habits.
In 2024, I reduced my biological age by 6 years in just 12 months.
2024~
Friends began asking for help with weight loss, fitness and lifestyle change.
Together, we focused on small actions and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes.
2024~
Two friends lost 17kg and 10kg while improving their metabolic health and reversing fatty liver disease.
Seeing their transformation showed me the power of sustainable behavior change.
Today
I am now an ANZ Accredited Health Coach and a Lifestyle Medicine student at James Cook University.
My mission is helping others build lasting health through sustainable lifestyle change.
How is Health Coaching different from personal training
or an intensive weight-loss program?
THE ROLE OF HEALTH COACHING
Most people already know that exercise, nutrition and sleep are important.
When change does not last, the problem is not necessarily a lack of knowledge or willpower.
A Health Coach helps you develop an approach that works with your job, family, lifestyle, priorities and values.

HOW I SUPPORT YOU
The reasons previous attempts did not last will be different for every person.
Work, family, fatigue, stress and previous setbacks all affect your ability to change. A plan that ignores the reality of your life can be difficult to maintain, however sound it may appear.
Together, we clarify what better health means to you, choose actions that fit your life, review what happens and adapt the approach as you learn. That is the Health Coaching I provide.
You do not need more willpower.
You need a system that works in your real life.
Start with a 30-minute conversation about your health, challenges and previous attempts.
You may already know what to do.
The challenge is making it work in real life.
You may be living with some chronic condition such as obesity, Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure or fatty liver disease.
You've tried diets or exercise, but the changes didn't last.
You want a realistic plan, practical guidance and accountability.
You're ready to make changes that fit your life.
You don't need another extreme diet or short-term program.
You need an achievable starting point, a plan that fits your life and support to keep moving forward.
Small changes.
Repeated consistently.
That's how lasting change begins.
Health coaching complements, but does not replace, care from your doctor or other qualified healthcare professionals.
Choose the level of support that fits your goals.
All programs include private, one-to-one Health Coaching sessions every two weeks. Together, we build momentum, work through barriers and create changes that fit your life.
WHAT THE JOURNEY MAY INCLUDE
Every program is tailored to you. The exact focus will depend on your goals, health concerns, lifestyle and progress.
You don't have to keep trying alone.
Health Coaching helps you find an approach that works for your life.
I knew I needed to improve my health, but I struggled to maintain exercise or healthier eating when life became busy. Coaching helped me move away from restriction and guilt and towards making better choices for myself.
Instead of putting exercise off, I can now tell myself to simply go outside and start walking. Rather than feeling deprived, I can choose the food that brings me closer to the person I want to become.
“I would recommend coaching to anyone who is tired of restriction or feels frustrated with not being able to stay consistent.”
Yutaka Kuribayashi
Corporate Professional
After entering my 30s, my weight and body fat continued to increase, and I felt physically and mentally exhausted. I spent six months working with a personal trainer without seeing results and had almost given up.
Through coaching, I returned to my best weight and have maintained it without regaining the weight. I also developed a better understanding of food and learned that my body could change when I took the right approach.
“I would especially recommend this coaching to people who have tried everything but haven't seen results.”

I was busy with work and found it difficult to make my health and lifestyle a priority. I struggled to stay consistent on my own, but regular coaching helped me keep my health front of mind and continue taking action.
One of the biggest changes was realising that, now that I am in my 40s, taking action today is important for my long-term health.
“I would recommend Health Coaching to anyone who finds it difficult to make lasting changes alone.”
A.M
Founder & CEO
IT Consulting Company
Before coaching, I paid little attention to my health and ate whatever I wanted. Coaching gave me more than knowledge about food. It changed how I think about the effect my choices have on my body and my life.
Rather than being told to rely on willpower, I was supported in finding strategies that suited my personality and lifestyle. Starting with something as simple as a ten-minute run helped exercise change from a difficult task into a sustainable habit.
“The regular support helped me maintain my motivation and turn small actions into meaningful results.”
